Prices may vary for trade fairs or periods of particular tourist influx. The basic rate is € 90. For the third and fourth guests there is a surcharge of € 25 per day per person. A tourist tax of € 3 per day per person is required. with the exception of any exemptions.
HOUSE RULES
1. Pets are not allowed;

3. It is not allowed to organize parties of any kind;
4. It is not allowed to stay with a number of people other than those declared at Check-in. In this regard, the landlord reserves the right to check the actual number of guests who will occupy the apartment. In the event of a higher number of guests than the one indicated by the tenant in the booking, there is a supplement of € 100.00 (one hundred euros / 00) for each additional person, which the tenant will be required to pay the lessor.
5. It is mandatory to provide for separate collection;
6. It is forbidden to change the layout of the house: appliances, TVs, furniture and ornaments must remain unchanged upon return.
7. The use of the sofa bed is allowed from the third person onwards. Up to 2 (two) people, in case you want to use the sofa bed in the living room, the sheets are charged to the tenant.
